How Much Does Shipping Cost?
RG Creative Arts offers reasonable rates on shipping that depend on the size and quantity of the items you order. You can see the estimated shipping amount in your shopping cart, but the final shipping total will be calculated during checkout.
*Please note that quantities of 5 or more items may require additional shipping fees (excludes small sets).
Why Can’t I Ship to a PO BOX?
At RG Creative Arts, we ship large packages. Some of our items are too large to be delivered to a PO Box, therefore we require a physical address for shipping.
If you are unable to ship to a physical location and must to ship to a PO Box, please contact our customer support team. We can provide you with the maximum size for the selected item to ensure it can be delivered to your PO Box.

What Company Do You Ship Through?
We ship with UPS and Fedex. Our domestic orders are typically shipped via UPS Ground depending on the size of the piece. Most canvases and framed art will be shipped via UPS Ground as well as, if chosen at the checkout, Fedex home delivery is an option.

Local delivery is done by our company.
What to expect once your order has shipped:
You will receive email notifications with a tracking number of your order.
When your order will be shipped?
In stock orders are shipped within 1-3 business days.
Custom orders may take longer to produce; therefore, they are shipped within 3-10 business days.
Local deliveries are scheduled with customers over the phone.
How Long Does It Take For My Art to Arrive?
Transit times depend on your location and method selected.
If your order is needed by a certain date, please contact us so that we may assist you in this matter.
We are unable to “hold” an order to ship at a future date. Arrival window will be determined by the shipping method you select at checkout.
What If My Order Arrives Damaged?
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please let us know and we’ll fix the problem as quickly as possible.
Where is My Order? I Didn’t Receive All Items.
Often, orders of multiple items ship in multiple shipments, with 1-2 items per shipping container. If you haven’t received all items, be sure to check each tracking number for the order in your account. Please also make sure to open each box received in case it holds multiple items.
